All services provided by AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc., its affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively "AIT") shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions published below, including all limitations and disclaimers of liability contained therein. AIT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revise its terms and conditions from time to time, and any such revisions shall become effective upon publication at www.aitworldwide.com/terms-and-conditions.
All rates, surcharges, and service commitments are subject to operational conditions at the time of shipment. AIT Worldwide Logistics and its affiliates (collectively “AIT”) may adjust pricing or service levels in the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to geopolitical conflict, war related disruptions, carrier-imposed emergency conflict/war risk surcharges, bunker/fuel surcharges or increases, port/airport closures, governmental actions or other events beyond AIT’s control. Should such conditions arise, carriers may implement operational restrictions, additional charges or routing changes with little or no notice. AIT will communicate any material updates as promptly as possible and will make reasonable efforts to minimize service impact; however, all quotations and tenders remain subject to revision based on carrier actions and prevailing market conditions.
