Angela Mancuso Joins AIT Worldwide Logistics as Vice President of Human Resources

The prominent HR professional will draw from extensive experience to strategically assist the organization’s ongoing global expansion
ITASCA, ILLINOIS (January 15, 2018) – Global supply chain solutions leader AIT Worldwide Logistics has hired Angela Mancuso as the company’s new Vice President of Human Resources.
Mancuso is a highly-qualified human resources professional with nearly two decades of leadership experience in a variety of areas including onboarding, recruitment, talent development, training and strategic planning. She gained logistics industry credentials while working for UPS on their human resources team and she has served in director-level roles for other mid-sized firms in northern Illinois.
In a previous position as Director of HR for software company Paylocity, Mancuso successfully scaled that organization’s human resources department to hire, serve and develop an employee population that expanded tenfold during her time there. With AIT’s teammate numbers expected to grow as the company pursues strategic acquisition opportunities in 2018 and beyond, she will spearhead efforts to fine-tune the onboarding process for new team members joining the firm as a group.
Mancuso reports to AIT’s President and CEO, Vaughn Moore. Most recently, Mancuso served as the Chief People Officer for Pampered Chef. She holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Roosevelt University as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northern Illinois University. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and she has been a panelist speaker for Argyle HR Forum, Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest and Glassdoor.
