Ben Naro
Ben joined AIT more than 20 years ago as an account executive. He became director of global accounts in 2012, vice president of sales in 2014, executive vice president of sales in 2021, chief sales officer in 2024, and most recently, chief commercial officer in 2025. In his current role, he@s responsible for AIT@s field sales personnel and sales strategy @ both on a global level. In his tenure with AIT, Ben has been integral to leading recruitment efforts and building a veteran sales team. He implemented a strategy to attract and retain world-class talent that enables the company@s growth.@ Ben believes in finding the balance between staying grounded and refusing complacency. His even-keeled positivity keeps him focused on the goals at hand while keeping an eye on the long-term future. @ @ @I@ve always lived with the motto, @Don@t get too high with the highs, and too low with the lows. Always look for something to get better at, and just enjoy the journey and the process.@ Ben earned his bachelor@s degree in business management from Colorado Mesa University and lives in Phoenix with his wife @ their two adult children also live in the U.S. Southwest. He golfs, coaches youth sports, and volunteers with his church. He and his family give their time and treasure to organizations that address homelessness and food insecurity.@

Bill Fallon
Chief Sales Officer, Technology, Bill Fallon, leads AIT@s technology logistics strategy, driving revenue, profitability and business growth. His guidance has helped grow the company@s footprint by expanding niche, high-touch solutions to new markets in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Bill@s oversight of AIT@s technology vertical includes continuously enhancing and streamlining the company@s delivery of world-class service with reliable, sustainable, scalable solutions.@Bill brought more than three decades of logistics experience to his first role at AIT in 2014. He joined the company as vice president, global and government strategic accounts, and quickly became the organization@s top sales professional. In 2021, he was named executive vice president, client solutions, then he was promoted to chief commercial officer in 2024, and in 2025, he became chief sales officer, technology.@@Our interaction with our customers is as a trusted advisor who oversees their supply chain from end to end. Producing and providing solutions from origin to end user is an incredible responsibility; one that we don@t take lightly.@Today, with 41 years of expertise in the supply chain and logistics industry, Bill specializes in cloud computing and high-tech component solutions for Fortune 500 companies.When he@s not in the office, Bill enjoys fishing, watersports and family time. Based in Dallas, he and his family are passionate about supporting Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude Children@s Research Hospital and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

Greg Weigel
As Chief Strategy Officer, Greg leads the execution of AIT’s five-year strategic plan while supporting mergers and acquisitions initiatives and providing cross-functional leadership to enable sustained growth and innovation. He joined the company in 2014, first serving as vice president (2014-2017), then executive vice president of global operations (2017-2021), and most recently as chief business officer (2021-2025).@Greg values having a role in an intensely people-based business where he’s able to impart knowledge and experience to his teams—an important aspect of inspiring others and helping to improve a small segment of the world. He believes this is crucial to delivering a world-class experience for AIT’s customers.@"I think the key to being a great human being in general is what you can give to others, and what you can help people with."He’s most proud of the company’s rapid growth over his tenure, noting the remarkable character of the organization’s teammates as exemplified by their streamlined response to COVID, when dedicated teamwork resulted in rapid solutions that met customers’ needs, even in an extremely difficult time.@A graduate of Weber State University, Greg holds a bachelor’s in business finance. He lives in Spring, Texas, with his wife and loves to spend time with his children and granddaughters. He and his wife are strong supporters of the American Cancer Society as well as a local charity that works with foster children. When he has free time, he follows his beloved Weber State Wildcats.

Angela Mancuso
Angela believes that AIT is only as strong as its relationships@@with one another and with the company@s customers. As chief human resources officer, she@s dedicated to making people strategy a competitive advantage for the hiring, career development and retention of the very best teammates in the logistics field.@@ Angela started her career at AIT as vice president of human resources (2018-2021) before being promoted to executive vice president, global HR in 2021. As EVP, she managed a global team of professionals while overseeing all HR aspects for teammates around the world including recruitment, HR operations, total rewards, learning and development, talent management and acquisition integration.@ Today as CHRO, Angela guides the people strategy to recruit, retain and develop the best talent in support of AIT@s business evolution. Beyond the traditional scope of her HR work, Angela has overseen the development of the company@s specialized programs including employee resource groups (ERGs) that encourage teammates to cultivate their interests with like-minded colleagues.@ Additionally, Angela oversees AIT@s culture-strengthening programs, including mindfulness training, the Women in Business ERG, and a range of DEI initiatives.@ @ @AIT@s culture extends to its customers. They are our partners, and we are stakeholders in their success. By building deeper relationships, we streamline collaboration at every level.@ Angela earned her bachelor@s degree in business administration from Northern Illinois University and a master@s in HR management from Roosevelt University. When she@s not at work, she@s spending time at home in the Chicago area with her family (and three dogs), cheering on the Chicago Cubs or listening to country music.

Ray Fennelly
As CDO, Ray Fennelly@s primary responsibilities lie in guiding AIT@s acquisition activities in addition to the company@s global compliance, marketing and sustainability teams. Drawing on more than three decades of experience in supply chain solutions, he thrives on open-mindedness and the pursuit of knowledge.@ A native of Ireland, his path in the logistics industry began in night operations, moving trucks to Canada. Joining AIT in 1995, Ray@s career has evolved across multiple high-level posts, including director of business development (1999-2010), vice president of global development (2010-2012), and executive vice president/chief information officer (2012-2025). He was promoted to CDO in 2025 in recognition of his increasingly pivotal role overseeing the company@s many acquisitions. @ To support AIT@s goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2035, Ray was appointed executive sponsor of AIT@s sustainability initiative in 2021. He directed the integration of the company@s existing environmental, social and governance programs under a unified corporate social responsibility framework, leading to the 2022 publication of AIT@s first sustainability report. In 2023, Ray accepted the Air France KLM Martinair Cargo Air Freight Enterprise Sustainability Award on behalf of AIT.@ @ @The prudent identification, assessment and prioritization of acquisition opportunities @ including the key step of evaluating and ensuring a good cultural fit @ is a fundamental strategy that will help achieve the goals associated with AIT@s five-year plan.@ Ray lives in Chicago and supports charitable endeavors dedicated to cancer and Alzheimer@s research, and@inspired by his daughters@women@s rights groups, as well as organizations that fight against poverty and homelessness. In his free time, Ray enjoys traveling.

Kory Glen
As chief financial officer, Kory has proven himself a steady leader in both times of growth and periods of market pressure. Nearly three decades of experience in financial leadership have given him a 360-degree view of the marketplace and the expertise to prepare AIT for any challenge. During his tenure, the company has grown dramatically@@in revenue, teammates, shipment count and more@@and Kory credits it to AIT@s strong teamwork.@ A certified public accountant who is instrumental to AIT@s strategic initiatives, Kory is enthusiastic about mentoring his colleagues on the intricacies of finance, and he works closely with AIT@s directors, executive teams and cross-functional partners to plan and deliver results.@ @ @At AIT, we pride ourselves on creating, refining and reporting objective financial and operational metrics that drive improved profitability.@ Kory earned his bachelor@s in accounting from Northern Illinois University and began his career at Ernst @ Young. Next, he worked in financial reporting and technical accounting roles at an S@P 500 residential real estate investment trust. Kory then served as CFO for a publicly traded construction equipment rental business, before beginning his tenure with AIT as the company@s CFO in 2017. He was recognized by Financial Executives International (FEI) Chicago in 2022 with the CFO of the Year award. A big believer in giving back, Kory contributes to various organizations such as the American Cancer Society and St. Jude Children@s Research Hospital as well as programs supporting his local community.@ He lives in Chicago with his wife and two children.

Keith Tholan
Keith has been with AIT since 2002, ascending from director of sales to regional vice president, then VP of sales, executive vice president, chief operating officer and now president and COO. Today, his main responsibilities are oversight of all sales and operations. @ He says the decision to participate in the 2012 purchase of AIT was made easy because of the incredible skill and dedication of the people at every level across the company. @ Keith@s driving philosophy can be summed up in two words: Get better. From the time he was a child, he@s challenged himself to grow and learn, a commitment that has served his career and all aspects of his life.@ @ @I@ve always made it a commitment to grow and get better at whatever it is that I do.@ He earned his degree in business marketing and management from the University of North Texas and now calls Los Angeles home. He loves spending time with his wife, two daughters and the family dogs, especially outdoor activities including boating, golfing, running, snow skiing and waterskiing. @ Keith is an active board member for the Fulfilment Fund, an LA-based organization that helps send kids to college, many of whom are the first-ever in their family to attend. @
