Keith Tholan is President and Chief Operating Officer for AIT Worldwide Logistics. Arriving at AIT in 2002 with broad logistics experience in sales, customer service and operations, he began his career as the western region’s Director of Sales. Upon successfully piloting the merger of his west coast area with the company’s southwestern territory, he was named Regional Vice President in 2003. With operations management added to his sales and recruiting responsibilities, Tholan directed the expanded region, which flourished under his guidance. In 2010 he was promoted to Vice President of Sales for the entire organization.
In 2012, he was a member of the team that executed the leveraged buyout of AIT and he continues to be the driving force for all aspects of the company’s sales and operations strategy as co-owner and COO. In the workplace, Tholan is regarded as the champion for High Performance - one of the Core Values supporting AIT’s business. He has adopted a methodology (Craft-Go-Adjust) to help co-workers across the organization achieve High Performance in their roles.
Tholan lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife, two daughters and their two dogs. The family enjoys skiing together and he also pursues other outdoor activities including running and paddleboarding.
