Greg Weigel named chief business officer

Effective today, AIT leadership team member, Greg Weigel, AIT Leadership Greg Weigel transitions from executive vice president of global operations to chief business officer, carrying on his work to expand AIT’s global reach as a $1.6+ billion industry leader. Weigel continues to report into AIT’s Chief Operating Officer, Keith Tholan.

With nearly four decades of experience in the logistics industry, Greg has guided AIT’s domestic corporate operations, global development, and regional operations. He has also been a key leader in the successful integration of the company’s many acquisitions over the past several years. Prior to joining AIT, he served as chief operating officer with Eagle Global Logistics and continued in that role following that company's merger with CEVA Logistics. He went on to hold a number of leadership positions with CEVA, culminating in his post as executive vice president of global airfreight before joining AIT in January 2014. Follow Greg on LinkedIn.
