AIT Worldwide Logistics welcomes Ann Nemphos as chief technology officer

Highly experienced senior technology executive is newest member of company’s C-team
ITASCA, IL (May 20, 2024) – Global supply chain solutions leader AIT Worldwide Logistics is pleased to announce that Ann Nemphos has joined the organization to serve as chief technology officer. In this newly created position, the information technology veteran is responsible for driving innovation, modernizing business systems and leading special projects. She reports to Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Ray Fennelly.In her decades-long career, Nemphos has been a technology executive for numerous multinational companies, developing and implementing innovations, such as automated transactions for the retail industry, real-time payments in the healthcare sector, and mobile solutions for insurance customers.
Seven years ago, her focus shifted to the logistics industry when she accepted an executive role with Kuehne + Nagel, leading their global information technology group and implementing a next generation transportation management system in addition to other strategic digital initiatives. Nemphos most recently served as chief technology officer for The World Group.

Nemphos holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Quinnipiac University, and she earned her Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is based in Connecticut. In her free time, she enjoys biking, water activities, and weekend drives with her husband.
