In his role as chief digital and technology officer, Justin Kosslyn leads the company’s technology strategy, including accelerated plans to usher in the next generation of integrated digital, data, artificial intelligence (AI) and customer-facing systems. He also oversees the continued evolution of AIT’s global transportation management system, broad digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise AI adoption.

A veteran of the technology industry, Justin has broad experience leading high-performing teams in the development and scaling of cutting-edge digital products. Before joining AIT, he was special advisor to Eurasia Group and publisher of GZERO Media. Justin also served as director of product management for News Ecosystem at Google, driving product strategy and execution across a variety of tools for online content creators, including Google Trends, Search Console, Reader Revenue Manager, Site Kit, Pinpoint and more. Earlier in his career, he was head of digital products at TED Conferences and head of product for Google Jigsaw, overseeing a range of software tools to improve digital and information security.

Justin’s leadership style begins with getting to know teammates and their goals. He seeks to understand individual challenges, needs and motivations in the context of workflows and organizations. In collaboration with his teams, he looks for key insights to unlock new opportunities, then seeks rapid methods to test hypotheses. His approach is designed to build momentum through the accumulation of meaningful wins.

Based in New York City, Justin earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Yale University. When not spending time with his family outside of work, he pursues his passion for history and archaeology, even producing a self-published history podcast with his children. In his spare time, he has also applied his technical expertise as a hobbyist iOS mobile game developer.
