AIT's SmartWay Certification Renewed Through 2015

AIT Worldwide Logistics has been notified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that the company has once again fulfilled the SmartWay Partnership requirements for 2014. AIT's certification as a SmartWay Partner was renewed by the EPA and remains in effect until September 16, 2015.

The certification allows AIT to display the SmartWay logo and companies who wish to verify AIT's credentials can do so by viewing the Partner list on the EPA website. The logo is a symbol of the company's work towards more cost-effective and environmentally efficient freight transportation. Many shippers count on their transportation providers to pursue "green" efforts and SmartWay is a widely recognized program that confirms AIT's environmentally-friendly practices.
