Every year, AIT introduces initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion throughout our organization. A few programs we currently use to activate our teams are: 


AIT Cares

Partnering with organizations through our AIT Cares program to support underserved communities with hands-on volunteering efforts.

AIT invests in women to create an environment that celebrates women’s contributions, champions their professional and personal growth, empowers each other, and advocates for all women at the company, ensuring a work environment where all women can thrive.
